Areas of focus:

• Loss (ambiguous or tangible - grief of another’s life, of what could have been, of a changed self or loved one from illness or injury, of a former life stage or role);

• (dis)Ability and neurodivergence - special interest and many years of experience in acquired brain injury;

• “Burnout” or fatigue from caregiving invisibly (family, parenting) or as a professional helper;

• I am a trained parent facilitator registered with Circle of Security International, and deliver this program virtually; 

• Relationship with your own body, and others (self-image, sexuality & intimacy);

• Attachment concerns from childhood and their impacts on present-day relationships  

• Reproductive health (i.e. impacts of fertility issues, pregnancy loss, abortion);

• Management of mental health difficulties including depressive symptoms and anxiety.
